Issue remains, I had exactly same error just in recent days; my thread: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/789452?page=1#845713022 However I have another bundle ID working which was created at beginning of June.

oh my god ~! GOOD NEWS I just checked the project, now it is working. Obviously Apple fixed the problem, and now everything is going back to normal, thanks.
