Definitely not resolved. I've had a request in for 2.5 days. I rewrote it in Swift today so I could go through the XCode version of the process with validation and THAT's been hung up for 12 hours.

I'm seeing the same thing now, too. Submitted an app yesterday with no signs of it moving. Tried again with other settings and now have three submissions stuck in progress, 2 of which are a day old now.

It's been painfully slow for me, too. I've got an app that's been processing for an hour and half so far. Something isn't right.
