Same problem here.. after update iPhone and iPad updated to Version 15 and Xcode to version 13.. Tried from imac and from MacBookPro.. Creating a new Apple Dev ID works, but this isn't really an option.. Perhaps someone from Apple could gibe a hint, as they didn't answer on mail requests either..
