Apologies, I've just discovered there is low contrast "Add comment" box. Adding content enables the send button!

I would like to send further logs and info on the incident in Feedback Assistant. I can add, however the send button remains disabled. No newer version, of Feedback Assistant, has not been found, currently Version 5.1 (577.3). Other than creating a new incident, is there away to enable the Send button?
