facing same issue. I hope there is an update soon. My iphone 11 is now unusable battery drains to <2 0% in 1-2 hrs in iOS 17 whereas it used to run 24+ hours in iOS 16. I don't trust Apple upgrades at all.

Same here, no download and verify button. and here it says you do not need to upload any file on server. https://help.apple.com/developer-account/?lang=en#/dev1c0e25352 super confused , it just does not work at all.
