yes, the method explained by @Kerwin_K is working for me too. You could use your iPhone hotspot and connect both your Mac and Vision Pro to it. Then in vision, open Setting -> general -> remote devices, it will appear "ready to pair". Then reopen your Xcode and open the Window -> Device and Simulators, then your Vision Pro will showed up. I used my workplace wifi before and it didn't work. After changing to my iPhone's hotspot, it works perfectly.
