I second this and having similar issues. My filtered note shortcuts stopped working recently and most bothersome the ability to manage these and execute is from the Apple Watch completely stopped working as well. It was great to be able to attend a note with a shortcut from Apple Watch but I can no longer do this.

Is this fixed in the new beta five that came out today? I downgraded using one of the IPS W files for beta three which I knew didn’t have the network issue for me. If you aren’t aware of this option, just google iOS 18, beta IPSW and there are some good instructions. I recommend the configurator app to load this as I ran into an error just using the regular finder restore.
