This is beyond ridiculous. It is impossible to work on apps for Apple Watch. I've been rebooting everything for two days and it still doesn't work.

As someone said, try Xcode 14.1 Release Candidate 2. It worked for me.

What is more funny. Rebooting the iPhone appears to temporarily fix the issue. tip from scottbates22K works for 2 connections DLE&MTU is fine but after that it is wrong again. 🤡

It can be fixed in iOS 16.1.
