Hi, I’m seeing the same issue. Have you tried session_id? Under TLS 1.2 + HTTP/1.1, the session_id I use also seems to be reused only once. From your description, the session ticket is also reused only once. Is this the underlying behavior on iOS — that with TLS 1.2, a session_id can only be reused once?
