This week i found my connection to self managed none public gitlab has gone down, i have allowed the ipranges decried here, but still got 504 message in the reconnect dialog. After searching the interface logs i found two ip addresses form belonging to apple 57.103.69.87 and 57.103.70.15 They belong to a larger ip range 57.103.0.0/16 belonging to apple. Added ip's and it work... now im worried that the ip's will change so would be good if apple provide what chunks of the block it would use. Anyone seen the same/know anything?
