You could try using app entities in your intent to achieve this instead of in the shortcut builder directly

Sorry - not an answer - but how did you get custom images/icons to show in spotlight instead of SF symbols please?

Any update on this? I've seen at least one app use custom symbols but cannot find any documentation updated for this
