@Systems Engineer Hi, I found the device has changed LastPushTokenHash without notifying it to the MDM server. plutil -p logs/MCState/Shared/MDMEvents.plist shows very old timestamp. "PushTokenSentToServerKey" => 2021-xx-xx xx:xx:xx +0000 It is the same timestamp as is stored in our MDM server push_tokens database. The device stopped working with MDM push just a few days ago. How can we submit this issue to Apple? via Email? or submit a new post in this forum? Thank you.
