I scanned my ID document and even though it was clear, the OCR was not perfect and it captured my address incorrectly. I was unable to edit it manually afterwards for some reason. It told me to contact support but the phone support is unavailable right now apparently. How long do they take to respond via email?

Trying to sign up too but it gave me issues after scanning my ID. Their support aren't taking calls right now and haven't responded via email in almost 12 hours now
