Kevin Elliott, thank you for your explanation. For clarification, in our app the WebRTC/MobileRTC connection never starts while the app is in the background. The connection begins only after the app enters the foreground and the WebView has mounted, since the initialization is triggered from within the WebView layer. So no automatic connection occurs before the UI is visible. Given this behavior, is there anything in this flow that could still be viewed as a policy violation during App Review?
