This is a 7 month post, and there are a few others on this issue running back years. I just had this same thing happened. Yesterday morning I submitted builds for two apps which were processed within half an hour. I then realised I missed out some translations and resubmitted. The second builds for each app are now stuck in processing for over a day. Any advice on what's happening and if there's any way to resolve it is appreciated.
