Do I need wifi + cellular ipad pro 2020 to use ARGeoTracking?

I have a wifi only version, but it is suggested here that I need cellular for cellular gps:

But would like to confirm.

Will ARGeoTrackingConfiguration.isSupported return true with a wifi only model?

Looks like you need both

>Supported on iPhone Xs and later, and on Wi-Fi + Cellular model of iPad Pro (2nd generation and later), iPad Air (3rd generation), or iPad mini (5th generation). Available in select cities.
