How to disable From the Developer from Test Flight

Hello,

When app installed from Test Flight and launched, displayed "From the Developer" screen & "Share Feedback" screen.
How to stop displaying those two screens. This is happening in iOS 13 & above
in iOS 12: The above two screens won't display
