Hi. I ma trying to create pkg to install our application. We want to make it installable without admin password. Is it even possible to do on Catalina? And where I can install app without admin's password. I have tried to create default pkg with Packager (unchecked "Require Admin password for installation") and install it in different locations using user account without admin rights. And I failed :( It asks to enter admin login and password to continue.

The short answer is "I don't know". A long time ago, if I remember correctly, I used package manager and I could install into the user's home directory, but it still asked for admin credentials, even though it didn't need them.

Why would you need that installing an app anyway? You can just do anything you need on first run.

You have to check "current user's home folder" in advance options. However, this feature randomly fails, sometime the installer still asks for the admin password.
