Let me ask 2 questions:
Based on your experience, could you please roughly guesstimate how long it could take from an entitlement request to a response? In the past, when I requested kext signing, it took 3 months. Is there any way how to speed it up (e.g. via paid support)? Is there any department/support I could contact in that matter?
If I have more than one app that would need it, shall I ask for the entitlement once only or for each of them? (The form requests an app ID and a reason while someone in this forum explained that the entitlement is rather account related, similarly to the kext signing.)

Yes. Most special entitlements are granted to a team rather than to a specific app, and the multicast entitlement falls into that category. When you fill in the form, supply information about the app that needs it the most (-:If I have more than one app that would need it, shall I ask for the
entitlement once only … ?
