Launching problem of our In- House Developed IOS App

We are having a problem launching our iOS app that is built using the In-House build type. We have Apple Enterprise Developer Program Certificate and generate an In-House Provisioning Profile. Then we generated .IPA file. After downloading IPA file to our iPad we trusted developer profile on our iPad.However our app always crashes/exits upon launching it. We checked the logs on Xcode to look for a problem and the message log says

"SpringBoard(FrontBoard)[59] <Error>: Bootstrapping failed for <FBApplicationProcess: 0x124c357a0; application<com.outsystemsenterprise.toksoz.OlymposSales>:<invalid>> with error: <NSError: 0x283835dd0; domain: RBSRequestErrorDomain; code: 5; reason: "Launch failed."> {
underlyingError = <NSError: 0x283835e30; domain: NSPOSIXErrorDomain; code: 85>;
}
