I have implemented In-App Purchase into my application. I have used Auto Renewable Subscription.
I have implemented 1 API that send sufficient information to backend server after successfully purchased from app.
Problem: For my many customers successfully purchase subscription and we place their data to purchase table. But for few customers successfully purchase product but we wont track a data after purchased.
From backend, we also can not track the data.
NOTE: Its not a server problem
Those few customer sent their purchase valid receipt and we found on common problem. Customer said, we have purchase this product through PayPal or ApplePay. But I have not integrated none of this payment method.

Payment Type: Paypal or
Payment Type: Apple Pay
