App store rejected my app due to conflicts between seller name and company name

My app get rejected from apple app store and the reason is: "We found that the seller or company name associated with your app does not reflect the name of the lottery service owner or government entity referenced in your app or its metadata. Company: XXX Seller: YYY

Your app needs to be submitted by “YYY” as Company and Seller name.

The next submission of this app may require a longer review time, and this app will not be eligible for an expedited review until this issue is resolved."

I want to know from where they get the company name and how to change it

When you declared your account, you gave a company name (with its DUNS number).

You should find it in AppstoreConnect > Contacts > Contact - Legal Entities.

But you cannot change the name now, you should need to completely re-register a new account.

What you have to change is the info you provided for the app. As your app is apparently a Lottery, you have probably provided the name of a lottery service owner or government entity. That's what is found inconsistent.
