I don't seem to be able to register for a Developer account. When I try and click Agree to the legal agreement it says "an unknown error has occurred". When I click on Support the legal agreement pops up, preventing me from contacting them. I'm a bit stumped. Any help would be appreciated.
I had a crazy experience with my membership last year and had to got through a special set of procedures before I actually obtained membership . I recommend contacting the IT department and Im sure he will have it resolved, mine was a verification concern and the the fraud dept. had to handle something on their end, took 3-4 days to resolve and was only to contact me and I was only able to respond to them. hope this helps.
