For eligibility, Apple says that the student must "be registered for free with Apple as an Apple developer or be a member of the Apple Developer Program," however from what I've looked into, the Apple Developer Program is for those that are 18 and older, and requires a $100 yearly subscription.
How would I go about joining this program if I am under 18 years old, or am I looking at the wrong thing? How do I register for free with Apple as an Apple developer? Just a bit confused and want to get it sorted out before it gets close to the deadline.
