I have applied for the Apple Developer Enterprise Program on Aug 5th 2022 on behalf of my company. All the phone verification, and document verification was done by Aug 14th. Since then I have been waiting for an update from Apple. Every time I send email to devprograms at apple.com I get a canned response, saying "We will let you know when there is an update"
What can I do to push my application forward? Its been 6 weeks now and Apple has stopped responding to my email.

My company provides MDM solutions for large Android device fleets. We have close to 500k Android devices under management. We have several Fortune 500 enterprises as our customers.
We would like to extend our MDM services to the Apple ecosystem of devices. Specifically, we would like to support iPhones and iPads. Our service will be similar to other MDM providers in the market, like Jamf, Hexnode, Meraki, etc.
To become a MDM provider, an organization requires a MDM certificate and this cert is only available via the Apple Developer Enterprise Program.
I am requesting Apple Support to please help me and tell me what I can do to push my application along.
