I have been trying to purchase apple developer program since week now...and not working i have tried multiple cards, debit/credit (visa, mastercard) my bank is not blocking my payment either. It keeps saying authorisaion failed on Apple end. I tried use different WiFi still same & different Apple ID it does same thing.
Anyone know what going on??

I understand how frustrating it must be to try and purchase the Apple Developer Program for a week straight and keep running into the "authorization failed" error, especially after trying so many different solutions like multiple cards. Since you've already tried most of the common troubleshooting steps, and I see you posting in the forums looking for the info. I hope you have contacted the Apple Developer Account team who can really help you to get the payment completed in this case as they do not monitor the forums.
So the best and most direct course of action is to contact Apple Developer Account Suppory. They have access to internal tools and can investigate why your payments are failing.
They will be able to look into your specific Apple ID and transaction attempts to pinpoint the exact cause of the authorization failures.
