I recently purchased the Apple Developer Program 1-Year Membership.

Order Date: February 16, 2026
Amount Charged: THB 3,590
My bank account was successfully charged, and I received a payment confirmation email. However, when I checked my order status, it shows "Cancelled" and says the item was discontinued and no invoice will be sent.
I have not received any refund yet.
Could someone please help explain why this happened and how I can get my refund or resolve this issue?
