I am currently unable to submit a support request or request a callback using my primary company developer account.I am receiving a persistent validation error stating: "This email address isn’t valid. To update your email address, visit account.apple.com."
This is incorrect as the email is fully functional and I can receive emails from Apple on that address and its been years using the same email. This error is preventing me from sending any message to Apple support or requesting a call.
Can someone from the apple team to send me an email for the information details? Thanks.
I contacted Apple support and they redirected me to a special form hopefully it will resolve this issue.
I have the same isse: "This email address isn’t valid. To update your email address, visit account.apple.com."
And I cannot reach developer support in any way now. General Apple support tells me they cannot help me neither as they themselves have no access to developer support.
