Organization enrollment stuck on "being processed" for ~4 weeks — Enrollment ID LHY2ZG9W87

Hello, I'm requesting assist with an organization enrollment that has been stuck with no updates.

Status: "Your enrollment is being processed." Enrollment ID: LHY2ZG9W87 Type: Organization (Company) Submitted: May 11, 2026 (~4 weeks ago)

Details:

The company has been legally registered since 2018. I provided company's DUNS number, copied directly from the official D&B confirmation letter into the enrollment form. I have opened multiple tickets with Apple Developer Support and received no meaningful response. There has been no request for additional documents, no identity verification call, and no explanation for the delay.

This is blocking our ability to access App Store Connect and publish our app. Could an Apple team member please review enrollment ID LHY2ZG9W87 and advise on what is holding it up, or what action I should take to move it forward? Thank you.
