Provided you use HKLiveWorkoutBuilder to run a workout with your third party app, you should get VO2Max and Cardio Recovery values generated.
Is there any documentation or guides anywhere to indicate the duration/type/intensity of workout required to generate these VO2Max and Cardio Recovery values?
