I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual developer from India.
My enrollment status shows: "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed" "Unable to Purchase. This item is currently not available in your country/region." Has anyone experienced this issue recently, and what steps were required to resolve it?
