Help with a rejection.

I received this rejection from Apple.

If the bug cannot be reproduced, try the following:

  • For new apps, uninstall all previous versions of the app from a device, then install and follow the steps to reproduce.
  • For app updates, install the new version as an update to the previous version, then follow the steps to reproduce.

Note that users expect apps they download to function on all the devices where they are available. For example, apps that may be downloaded onto iPad devices should function as expected for iPad users. "

I've uninstalled everything from my iPad and re-installed everything from TestFlight with the latest build. I have done the same thing on an iPhone. Each time I removed the account in Supabase, so I was doing it new each time. I haven't been able to replicate this problem at all, not even once, and I'm not sure what to try next. I tried scheduling an appointment, but there are no links to do it, and I didn't see a help topic that resolved this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
