Hello! I am new (first app) and have had repeated rejections. I am unable to duplicate the issue and was trying to get some help by calling but have been on hold hour . I have previously waited 40 mins yesterday and day before. Anybody with any luck or have pointers how to reach someone ? Thanks !!

Currently at 1.5 hours on hold ! Trying to book a meeting but the online scheduler doesn't seem to work. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
