Can not see crash report from Xcode organizer

Xcode 26.6

It's showing crashes from the App Store Analytics. But no crash logs from Xcode Organizer.

I have tried to sign out and log in to Xcode again.

I also changed the folder /Library/Developer/Xcode/Products and View > Reload the Organizer.

Nothing helps.

It's still empty for all versions.

Has anyone encountered this problem recently, or is there a workaround?

I'm in the same boat. I have three apps, but they all show the same thing: "No Crash Logs." It hasn't been resolved yet.

My friend and I also have this issue. This issue appears in both Xcode 26 and Xcode 27.

This might be an internal server error. There are still crash reports when the data is not fetched.

Same issue here. Haven't seen updates in about a week now. There are a few crashes that show in App Store Connect, but no logs yet in Xcode. I submitted a ticket. Hopefully gets resolved soon.

Same thing here.

Same thing here, this seems to have started in the last week or two.

Thank you for the post.

I am concerned about potential issues in Xcode 26.6 that may prevent crash files from being displayed, as well as Xcode 27 betas. It appears that this is an issue affecting many users at this time in this thread.

You mentioned clearing the /Library/Developer/Xcode/Products folder, but Xcode actually caches crash logs in a different directory. Close Xcode. Where is it showing here? ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/Crashes

In any case I would recommend you to file a bug so that team can take a look at the issue. Make sure you add the Xcode version and sysdiagnose file.

Once you open the bug report, please post the FB number here for my reference.

Crash report is finally working again now.

Just tested it an hour ago and it is now working.
