Hello. I made a developer account payment and completed identity verification on January 17, 2026. However, the developer account still shows as inactive. Furthermore, I've submitted requests for assistance, but haven't received a response to any of them. I need urgent help.
Despite making a payment and verifying my identity, my account has been inactive since January 17th.
The issue still hasn't been resolved. I sent an email, but there's still no solution. Is this the Apple ecosystem?
