Organization enrollment withdrawn due to website requirements, but the website is fully functional

Hello everyone,

I am trying to register an Apple Developer Organization account, but my enrollment was recently withdrawn by Apple. I received an email stating the following:

"Your organization's website must be publicly available, functional, and its domain name must be associated with your organization. We won't accept links to social media webpages or websites that contain minimal content or display a message from a domain registrar. We've withdrawn this enrollment. Please resubmit your enrollment and include a publicly available and functional organization's website."

However, our organization's website is fully functional, publicly accessible worldwide, and contains actual business content. It is definitely not a social media link, a domain registrar parking page, or a blank template.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? What specific criteria does the Apple Developer Relations team look for during the website check that might cause a fully working site to be rejected? Any advice on how to pass this check upon resubmitting would be highly appreciated.

What URL did you (and others) submit to Apple?

I recently discovered a similar problem. My website is hosted on AWS Cloud Front. I've got custom language-matching logic for non-anglo users.

When I published an app recently, either my privacy policy or support links were language-specific - something like example.com/en/support.html

But when published, Apple just stripped that last component from the URL and called that my company website. But my language-switcher wasn't configured to handle just "example.com/en/" and the link didn't work.

It was easy enough to fix, but I didn't know it happened until after the fact. Had there been some other level of post-munging URL verification, I would have failed that verification.
