Our organization’s Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck in “Pending” status for almost one month.
Enrollment ID: 2V6S4ZGNUJ Enrollment Type: Organization Organization: FishTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Apple Developer Support sent us a Verification Contact Form, but we are unable to complete the verification because the form is not accepting the Gmail email address required in the form.
We have already contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times regarding this issue, but we have not received a clear resolution or a working alternative to complete the verification.
At this point, we are unable to understand whether:
- The verification form needs to be completed in a different way
- A different email address is required
- Apple can provide an alternative/manual verification method
- There is any other document or action pending from our side
Could someone from Apple Developer Support please review Enrollment ID 2V6S4ZGNUJ and let us know what is blocking the enrollment?
We are ready to provide any required company documents or verification information immediately.
This enrollment has been pending for almost a month and is currently blocking our Apple Developer Program setup.
