What view lifecycle gets triggered by the divisionReservedRegion becoming active or inactive (when should I inspect?)? Is there a way to make it a trait so I can registerForTraitChanges (like UITraitCollection.systemTraitsAffectingVerticalBarEdge)? Can I KVO it somehow?
