Large companies/applications are good to go for Duo release.
Is there a timeframe when Xcode 27.1 will be available so we can build and submit to App Store in time for Duo release? Any guidance around this?

The 27.1 release candidate was released today, October 5, 2026. However, it appears that App Store Connect is still rejecting submissions. When can we submit our app?
You can do so when Apple informs us to do so via their marketing outreach.
