Issue Summary:
When updating dynamic text or UI elements containing fraction values—whether using Unicode fraction glyphs (e.g., ½, ¾) VoiceOver in iOS 27 completely omits and skips reading the fraction value entirely.
Steps to Reproduce:
Enable VoiceOver on iOS 27 (Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver).
Open an app or web view where fraction values, tap to focus on the element or trigger voice over
Expected Result:
VoiceOver should speak the accessible label or text content (e.g., "one half")
Actual Result:
VoiceOver skips the fraction entirely, reading only surrounding text or remaining silent over the fraction value.
