Really disappointed in Apple Support!!

Hi ALL,

I’m really frustrated. I created and paid for an Apple Developer account on 21 May 2026

I created a support ticket (Your case ID is 102979752391) and still no response from Apple. My account is still reflecting "Pending"

To be totally honest, this is not what I expected from Apple, and I really did not believe that their support would be this bad.

Does anybody have some advice as to how I get this account activated or find out how it can be escalated to somebody in management to resolve.

We have a business app completed and now waiting on Apple, ANYBODY please help!

Right there with you. They constantly have the call line locked down and unable to call, and when they do reach out it takes forever for a reply. I reached out, they emailed back after like 3 days, and then i replied to the email 10 minutes after i received it and it has now been another 24 hours and they have not replied. Considering they have taken money from us I am very close to gathering info and going to the BBB. This is beyond frustrating at this point.

Now almost 10 days for this support ticket # 102979752391. I received an email requesting some information, and now again nothing.

Please, can this support ticket be escalated to a manager to resolve
