I recently regained access to my Apple Developer account. I accepted the Apple Developer Program agreement, but when I reached the payment step, I noticed that my account was still associated with my previous country of residence.
Since I've moved to another country, I need to update my country of residence and registered address.
I followed the process through developer.apple.com/account, but I keep getting stuck in an endless loop. I'm redirected to an error page, then back to my profile. Every time I try to update my information again, the same issue occurs, making it impossible to complete the process.
I've contacted Apple Support twice but haven't received any response yet. I had already provided proof of my new address during the password recovery process.
Does anyone know how to change the country of residence when the Apple Developer account process isn't working? Is there an alternative way to make this change?
