We have been trying to renew our membership for the UPSPOT SOFTECH PVT LTD account through the mobile app and here, but we are unable to see the renewal option.
Any support on this would be greatly appropriated

I'm having the same issue and I've called and emailed support multiple times with no response. My app is not available to download until I renew but there is no link to renew. I am also unable to view and accept the update to an agreement. I would love to understand if this can be fixed soon.
Same here, I don't see any renewal option and my account is expiring.
How about renewing the subscription in the App Store?
- Open the App Store on your iPhone and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Your Apple Developer subscription should generally be listed there.
It will renew automatically if it is active. If it has been cancelled, you can manually renew it there.
