I write this after 3 weeks trying to enroll in the program. From the developer App I was required to verify my identity with my driver’s license, very weird since I am from Spain and normal verification is with the id card. it said that it was unable to verify my identity and redirects me to web where it says “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.”
I contacted support but they answered without solving the issue, and after several days waiting for a response. They have a bug which need to be scaled to the proper team but how I can contact them if phone calls are unavailable and email support looks generic, slow and inefficient?
