An app using FamilyControls (.individual) computes a single daily number on device from the user's own DeviceActivity data. Can that number be sent to a server so the user can compare it with friends? No app tokens, bundle IDs, or per-app times would leave the device.
Is this allowed under DPLA section 3.3.3(P), which limits sharing usage data "beyond … the individual and their device"?
