I am currently trying to complete the Apple Developer Program organization enrollment for Tipelodeon, but the enrollment has now been pending for almost two months. I originally applied on Aug. 22.
Enrollment ID: 5HFN97AQMK
The enrollment-related support case is Case 20000153038101. Through this case, I was told to upload additional documents and that it has been "transferred to a senior advisor for further review."
The link that support gave me didn't allow either of my emails to submit files, so I attached them to the email and replied on Sept. 7. Support said they received them. These documents included my government ID, Tipelodeon's articles of organization, certificate of good standing, and the trade name confirmation.
Since submitting the requested documentation, I have received no further response or update regarding the enrollment review.
This is affecting my business' launch and I am losing opportunities due to this delay. I currently have no indication whether the enrollment is still under review, whether the submitted documents are awaiting verification, whether the case is waiting for action from a specific review team, or whether any additional action is required from my side.
Could an Apple Developer Support representative please review the status of Enrollment ID 5HFN97AQMK and the original Case 20000153038101, or advise me on how this enrollment can be escalated to the appropriate review team?
I am ready to provide any additional documentation or verification immediately if required.
