I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and completed the required document submission and payment. However, my account status is still showing “Pending Enrolment,” and I have not received confirmation that my membership is active.
I have already contacted Apple Support by email, and a support case has been registered. However, I have not received a response or a clear update on the status of my enrolment.
My main concern is that my subscription period appears to have started after payment, even though my developer account is not yet active. This is preventing me from accessing the program benefits I paid for.
I would appreciate guidance from anyone who has experienced a similar situation.
- Processing time: How long does Apple Developer Program enrolment normally take after submitting the required documents and completing payment?
- Expedited processing: Is there an official process to request expedited enrolment or escalate a pending application?
- Support escalation: If a support case has already been registered but there has been no response, what is the recommended next step?
- Membership validity: If activation is delayed due to Apple’s processing, can the membership start date or subscription validity be adjusted accordingly?
- Additional verification: Is there anything else I should check or submit to avoid further delays?
