Hello Apple Developer Community,
My name is Rander Darío Aguilar Guevara, and I am an independent developer from Costa Rica.
On October 14, 2026, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and paid the annual membership fee of USD 99.
The payment was successfully charged to my bank account, and I received official invoices and purchase confirmation from Apple.
However, my account still shows "Pending" and continues to display the message:
"Purchase your membership."
When I try to access App Store Connect, I receive:
"Your Apple Account isn't enabled for App Store Connect."
I have already contacted Apple Developer Support, but my membership remains inactive.
I have not attempted to purchase the membership again because I want to avoid being charged twice.
My questions are:
Has anyone experienced this issue after receiving an official Apple invoice?
How was your membership eventually activated?
Is there a way to request a manual verification of the payment and enrollment?
Can an Apple representative advise on the next steps?
I am currently trying to publish my first iOS application, Seguimos Futsal, and this issue is preventing me from moving forward.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
