Hello,
My Apple Developer Program membership was terminated on July 28, 2026 under Section 3.2(f) ("fraudulent conduct"). I received no prior warning and no description of the specific conduct.
Timeline:
- Jul 29: Submitted an appeal.
- Jul 30: Developer Support replied that the case was under senior advisor review.
- Aug 7: Developer Support asked me to send my reasons for reinstatement by email. I did so on Aug 9.
- Aug 12: Developer Support replied that the case had been forwarded to the senior team and that an Advisor would contact me if needed.
- Since then: no update (about 10 weeks). I sent a follow-up on the same case thread today.
Background: my only app was a free World Cup score-prediction game using a virtual points system only (no real money, no in-app purchases, no gambling), distributed through TestFlight to a small invite-only group. It was never submitted to the App Store. I have since discontinued it. I have never had another developer account.
Questions for the community and for any Apple staff who can see this:
- Is there an official channel to ask for a status update on a case that has been with the senior team for this long?
- Has anyone had a similar 3.2(f) case resolved, and roughly how long did the review take?
- Is there any additional information I should send that would help the review?
Case reference: 20000122635332
Thank you.
