In this year, September 15 Developer ask renew and I did but not see it is renewed. October 14 they ask again about account is expried I do payment 2nd, this time it is renewed in 2 mins.
So I paid two times for renew. That is not good!
I created a case but still open for long time, not see any feedback. That is not good too!
How can I get back my money?
